Technological facilities
Blik 99 Ltd has got modern technological equipment which allows a completely closed production cycle:
- designing of item /sketch/;
- manufacturing a mould;
- manufacturing of item /metalworking and casting of polyurethane/;
- additional machining, according the requirements of the customer /turning, grinding/;
- testing the item in modern equip laboratory;
- packing and dispatching of the item;
which gives possibility of manufacturing items of metal, polyurethane and polyurethane- metal, with a weight from a few grams to dozens of kilograms, varying in quantity from single item to series of items.
For the production of these items, Blik 99 Ltd has got modern machine workshop, equip with high technological metal working machines with CNC control:
| - 4 - Coordinate Vertical Machining Center Dechel Maho DMC 1035, with range: X=1035 mm, Y=560 mm, Z=510 mm with CNC control, which allows manufacturing items of metal, polyurethane and polyurethane- metal. |

| - Lathe Quick Turn Nexus 2000 II 1000 U with CNC control of Mazak, which allows manufacturing items with max diameter of 350 mm and max length to 1021 mm. |

| - Lathe CU 1250/ 5000, which allows maximal working diameter of the item- 970 mm and maximal working length – 5000 mm. |

The company has got also:
- Universal lathes CU 58/ 3m, CU 582/ 2m;
- Universal and instrumental milling machines /FND 32 AJ, FU 351/;
- Coordinate drilling machine /Micromat 9/;
- Jig grinder and optical grinder;
A high technological multi- component casting machines of Unipre with electronical control are uses for the production of polyurethane items.
In June 2006, after a visit at Bayer headquarters in Levercusen, Germany and after negotiations with them, Blik 99 Ltd invest in plant and machinery and after providing the specialized equipment and know- how by Bayer, Blik 99 Ltd getting unique for Balkans region licence for rotational casting of polyurethane holdings up to 970 mm width and by 5000 mm length, with application in printing, paper, mining and textile industry, machinery and conveyer lines of various types.
Materials:
Our company uses high- quality polyurethanes of leaders in the branch: Bayer, Huntsman- Vantico, CIL, Rhein Chemie, Bufa, Hyperlast and Baule.
The characteristics of the multi- component polyurethane systems used combine high chemical and abrasive resistance with preserved elasticity and strength with hardness from 20 Shore A to 90 Shore D.
Blik 99 Ltd has got modern technological laboratory controlling the quality of manufacturing items.
