Any request for clarification must be received by the Contracting
Authority in writing at least 7 days before the deadline
for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority will
publish questions on Contracting Authority website www.
blik99-bg.com at least 5 days before the deadline for submission
of tenders. If the Contracting Authority, either on its
own initiative or in response to a request from a tenderer,
provides additional information on the tender dossier, it
will send such information in writing to all tenderers at
the same time.
Costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting
the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.
We look forward to receiving your tender at the address
specified in the Instructions to Tenderers before 30 July
17:00 h, as stated in the procurement notice. If you decide
not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could

assistance from the PHARE Programme, BG 2004/016-711.11.04/ESC/G/GSC-1
programme of the European Communities. The tender dossier

This year, in the Blik 99 section at the International
Technical Fair 2006 - Plovdiv, the most attractive appeared
to be the following products:
- impellers (rotation wheels) used in the food industry
- scooters and un-inflatable pumps
- impellers (rotation wheels) and insulations for machines
(snails) in the mining and ore-dressing plants, for water
rectifying stations and water utility systems
- sieving screens for sieving installations
- large sized rollers produced under rotational casting technology

Blik 99 gets Licensed by Bayer – Germany for rotational
casting of polyurethane holdings.
After a visit at Bayer headquarters in Leverkusen, Germany
in January 2006, Blik 99 initiated negotiations for obtaining
a license for production of large size rollers (up to 970mm
width and by 5000mm length), produced under the rotational
casting technology. In accordance with Bayer requirements,
Blik 99 invested in plant and machinery, while on the other
hand Bayer provided the specialized equipment and the know-how.
Finally, in June 2006, in Blagoevgrad was concluded the unique
for Balkans region licensing agreement between Bayer and Blik
99 for rotational casting of polyurethane holdings. |

Some
the advantages of the rotational casting are:
- variable holding thickness – up to 30mm laying in one layer
- shorter production time
- chemical (substantial ) stability
- longer lifetime of the product
The new
products are applicable for the following industries:
- Printing
- Paper
- Mining
- Textile
- Machinery
- Conveyer lines of various types

Blik 99 participates in Bayer’s South Eastern Europe Corporate
customer event in Belgrade.
Blik 99 Ltd. had the privilege to be invited among the
participants at the Corporate customer event organized by
Bayer in Belgrade, Serbia. At the event Bayer presented it’s
new materials and technologies in the polymers domain. Blik
99 was granted an access to the newest products of Bayer in
the division of polyurethane holdings and foams. |
